Shipping and Delivery
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time for items purchased online is 2 to 3 business days, never exceeding 30 days, except in cases of Special Orders and after payment and confirmation of the order by Gabi's Jewels.
When will my Special Order item(s) ship?
The delivery time for special orders (items made to the User's specifications and personalized or sold out) is 25 to 40 business days. For more information about special orders, click here.
Where do you ship to?
Gabi's Jewels delivers items purchased online in mainland Portugal and the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores.
How can I calculate the shipping and handling costs for my order?
Shipping and order processing costs vary depending on the shipping area, for orders from €30 (minimum shipping value) to €49.99, and are free for orders over €50.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is completed?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been completed. Any changes to personal data or information in the customer's account will only be taken into account for orders placed after the changes have been completed.
What happens if I am not at the delivery address when my order is delivered?
Deliveries of items purchased online are guaranteed by CTT. If the CTT delivery person is unable to deliver the package, they will receive a notification from CTT. The package will remain available at the CTT location at your address for the period stipulated in the notification from CTT.
My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
If your order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, please try the following:
- Check the progress status of your order using the tracking code and link provided in our shipping confirmation email .
- Check your mailbox, as you may have received a notification of attempted delivery, as your order may be at the CTT location closest to your address.
- Ask your neighbors if any of them have accepted your order on your behalf.
- If you still can't find your order, please contact us at gabisjewels2025@gmail.com .
There are some items missing from my order, what should I do?
We'll do our best to ship your order in one shipment. However, during exceptionally busy periods, such as holidays, due to the exclusive nature of Gabi's Jewels products, demand may exceed stock availability, and we may not be able to ship your order all at once. In this case, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible about potential delays and backordered items.
If you don't see all the items you ordered in your shipping confirmation email , don't worry. Your order will be delivered in multiple installments. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email , along with a tracking number, once the remaining items have shipped.
The item(s) I received do not match what I ordered. What should I do?
Gabi's Jewels will do its best to honor your order. However, in the unlikely event that the items you receive do not match your order, please contact us at gabisjewels2025@gmail.com , providing your Order Number , and we will send you a free return postage label.
After receiving the item(s), the ordered item(s) will be shipped to you within 5, or a maximum of 15, days. The replacement and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of Gabi's Jewels.
What should I do if an item I received is damaged or was damaged during shipping?
Gabi's Jewels makes every effort to ensure the quality of its products and the security of its packaging before shipping. However, if your item(s) arrive with imperfections or damage, please contact us at gabisjewels2025@gmail.com , providing your Order Number and the nature of the problem. We will then send you a free return postage label.
Defective items will be returned to Gabi's Jewels. Upon receipt, a replacement item will be shipped within 5 or 15 days at the latest. Gabi's Jewels will cover replacement and return shipping costs.
