Does Gabi's Jewels provide a warranty on all purchases?
Yes, the entire jewelry line has a legally applicable 2-year warranty.
How do I know my order has been received?
When you pay and complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email .
How can I track the processing of my order?
After paying for your order, you'll receive an email with a tracking code for your CTT Expresso order once it's shipped. Simply click here and enter the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What is a special order?
A special order occurs in two situations: when you place a custom order, or when the product is out of stock and needs to be re-produced especially for you.
For this reason, the delivery time for these items is 25 to 40 business days and the rules regarding exchanges and returns do not apply.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Before completing your online order and making payment, you can view all the items you have selected and make changes to them.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change any order information, including the shipping or billing address, payment information, or edit the items listed in your order.
Once an order is processed it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

What happens if the item I ordered is no longer in stock after I make the payment?
All items are subject to availability. Typically, items listed in the Gabi's Jewels online store are in stock, or if out of stock, you can see this information on the product page. However, during exceptional periods (e.g., holidays), orders may exceed available stock , resulting in a computer or administrative error. In these cases, you will receive an email informing you of the situation and offering you a Special Order. In this case, the rules regarding Exchanges and Refunds continue to apply. If you do not accept the Special Order, the order amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
What payment methods are accepted at Gabi's Jewels?
Payment for ordered items can be made via Paypal, MBWay or Multibanco Reference.
Payments are made in EUROS.
Are payments on the page completely secure?
Gabi's Jewels is proud to offer its customers a secure shopping experience. Our website uses advanced SSL encryption (provided by global certification authorities) to protect all transactions, where all sensitive credit card information is encrypted and encoded using TLS (an evolution of SSL) encryption . Similarly, PayPal transactions are equally secure. For customer security and protection, Gabi's Jewels does not store your credit card information in its system. All payment processing is handled by certified gateways (such as PayPal, WebPay, or Stripe).
Is it possible to change the payment method once the order was placed?

The prices indicated are expressed in Euros and include fees and taxes, including VAT at the rate in force on the date of payment of the order.
